2. Pull required building permits to restore the illegally altered
garage to its original condition, complete required remedial

Within seven (7) calendar days of any City requests for supplemental

Description of Work
A total of six (6) holes were drilled and cleaned in preparation for the epoxy of 7/8" and 1" all -thread rods (ATR) as
indicated per detail 2/S3. The ATR's were installed for HDUB, HDU11 and HDU14 respectively.
After the holes were drilled, per the appropriate embedment depth and confirmed clean, Simpson Set XP epoxy
was used at each hole location and the appropriate ATR was installed.
