The City of Diamond Bar is in receipt of your 2023-069 request for the following public records pursuant to the California Public Records Act (“CPRA”) (Cal. Gov. Code section 6250 et
seq.):
“Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, Responsible Land Use requests that the city provide the following documents regarding the Canyon Loop Trail project, preferably in electronic
(PDF) format in the same format the city stores them:
All documents relating to the Canyon Loop Trail project notice of completion. This would include but not be limited to
(1) All emails regarding to the notice of completion–with attachments, memos, notes, both internally and with project contractors, governmental departments or agencies, etc.
(2) Documentation, including notes, from any meetings regarding the project's notice of completion.
(3) Any reports created by or delivered to the city or its designees with respect to the notice of completion.
(4) All drafts, revisions, etc. of the actual notice of completion.
(5) All invoices, receipts, and checks for payment for services rendered regarding the notice of completion.”
