The City of Diamond Bar is in receipt of your 2023-063 request for the following public records pursuant to the California Public Records Act (“CPRA”) (Cal. Gov. Code section 6250 et
seq.):
“Officer Ramirez and City of Diamond Bar
This is a public records act request per the California Public Records Act (CPRA) for the following documents:
1. All documents concerning Officer Ramirez, as addressed in this email, and the property located at 2219 Dublin Lane, #1, Diamond Bar, CA 91765
2. All communications--including emails or notes regarding telephone calls, and text messages --- concerning 2219 Dublin Lane, #1, Diamond Bar, CA 91765, between any employee of the
City of Diamond Bar and any person.
3. All documents concerning Attachment A to this email, a letter from Officer Ramirez dated March 21, 2023.
4. All communications concerning Attachment A to this email, a letter from Officer Ramirez dated March 21, 2023.
Note that the CPRA requires that you respond to my request within ten (10) days, and that you are prohibited from restricting the manner in which you receive CPRA requests.
Please confirm your receipt of this request ASAP.”
