Dear Paulson, Lee,
The City of Diamond Bar is in receipt of your 2023-054 request for the following public records pursuant to the California Public Records Act (“CPRA”) (Cal. Gov. Code section 6250 et
seq.):
“I did, FWIW, take a look at the on line records request portal. However, I did not see an online option for receiving the requested records in PDF format.
Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, Responsible Land Use requests that the city provide the following documents to the Canyon Loop Trail construction, preferably in electronic
(PDF) format in the same format the city stores them:
1. All documents relating construction of the Canyon Loop Trail project from its execution of the contract until today. This would include but not be limited to:
(1) All emails regarding to construction of the project–with attachments, memos, notes, both internally and with project contractors, governmental departments or agencies, etc.
(2) Documentation, including notes, from any meetings regarding the project, including discussion of project progress, change orders, etc.
(3) Any reports created by or delivered to the city or its designees during construction.
(4) All invoices, receipts, and checks for payment.
2. All records related to the Habitat Mitigation and Monitoring Program (“HMMP”) for the Canyon Loop Trail Project, including but not limited to:
(1) contracts for the preparation of the HMMP;
(2) scopes of work for preparation of the HMMP;
(3) communications including emails and notes of conversations regarding the HMMP (including but not limited to communications with any contractor preparing or contributing to the HMMP,
and with state or federal agencies regarding review and approval of the HMMP);
(4) drafts of the HMMP; and communications regarding drafts of the HMMP.
