The City of Diamond Bar is in receipt of your 2023-008 request for the following public records pursuant to the California Public Records Act (“CPRA”) (Cal. Gov. Code section 6250 et
seq.):
“Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, Responsible Land Use requests that the city provide the following documents to the Canyon Loop Trail construction, preferably in electronic
(PDF) form, but definitely in the same format the city stores them:
All records, from 11/29/22 to 1/09/23, related to the City’s implementation of the mitigation measures required pursuant to the Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (SCH#2020100291)
for the Canyon Loop Trail Improvement Project, including but not limited to all records related to the associated Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (“MMRP”).
The records related to the Canyon Loop Trail Improvement Project MMRP may include but are not limited to:
(1) reporting forms distributed by or received by the City;
(2) communications with departments or agencies with reporting responsibilities under the MMRP;
(3) communications or records regarding any problem with or exception to mitigation compliance addressed or considered by the City;
(4) documentation of, including notes from, any meetings regarding mitigation compliance;
(5) any records regarding verification of mitigation, including but not limited to field inspection reports that we have not yet already received;
(6) any reporting forms filled out by the City or its designees periodically during construction that we have not yet already received;
(7) descriptions of mitigation measures included in any construction documents or other permits or conditions of approval, and
(8) documentation of any changes made to the MMRP since publication of the IS/MND.
