Thank you for getting back to me on this. I appreciate it, I was however looking forward to seeing this school's plans as I am basing the project around it. I do now understand the
school is state owned and thus you guys can't get the plans but could you walk me through how I would go about contacting the state or where I could look in the state's public databases?
Also thank you for your offer about other plans. I will have to think about it as there are other sites in Diamond Bar that I would like to see just nothing comes to the top of my
head at the moment. Again thank you for your time. It's greatly appreciated.

I see that you’re looking for a copy of some plans for your school project? All public schools are permitted and regulated by the State so the City would not have any Building records
for this site. So, if you are solely interested in those school plans, you will need to contact the State.
But if you would like to provide me with another address of a newly built commercial site, I can see if we can arrange how to get you some plans for reference.
Also, if you would like to set a time to speak with me about this at City Hall, let me know when is good and we can discuss.
