A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF DIAMOND BAR APPOINTING A CITY ENGINEER
AND SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS
A. Recitals.
(i) The City of Diamond Bar was incorporated on
April 18, 1989 as a general law city of the State of
California; and
(ii) WHEREAS, the County has been performing the
duties of Acting City Engineer and Acting Superintendent of
Streets in order that the affairs of the City could be properly
administered upon incorporation.
B. Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
DIAMOND BAR DOES RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
1. RON KRANZER & ASSOCIATES is hereby appointed
City Engineer and Superintendent of Streets of the City of
Diamond Bar effective October 1, 1989.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 19th day of September,
1989.

Bar, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Diamond Bar held on the 19th day of September , 1989,
and was finally passed at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Diamond Bar held on the 19th day of September ,
1989, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN - Forbing, Miller, Werner,
Mayor Pro Tem Horcher and
NOES: COUNCILMEN - None Mayor Papen
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN - None
ABSTAINED: COUNCILMEN - None
