RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF DIAMOND BAR
ESTABLISHING SALARY FOR DEPUTY CITY CLERK.
WHEREAS the City of Diamond Bar was incorporated
April 18, 1989; and
WHEREAS the City Council adopted its first fiscal
budget (1989-90) June 27, 1989; and
WHEREAS the fiscal budget authorized the position of
Deputy City Clerk; and
THEREIORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Diamond Bar, California, as follows:
Section 1. That the Deputy City Clerk shall be
authorized a salary range of 953 effective July 1, 1989.
Section 2. That at such time as benefits become
available to city employees the Deputy City Clerk shall be
entitled to the same as the general employees.
PASSES, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of
the City of Diamond Bar on the ?7th day of .1inP , 1989.

Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City
