A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF DIAMOND BAR, COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES
ACCEPTING LANDSCAPE DISTRICTS 38, 39 AND 41
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE DOCUMENTS TO EFFECTUATE TRANSFER:
WHEREAS, the City of Diamond Bar was incorporated
April 18, 1989; and
WHEREAS, the City of Diamond Bar contracted interim
municipal services with the County of Los Angeles through June
30, 1989 as provided by the appropriate statutes; and
WHEREAS, the City of Diamond Bar desires to continue
contracting with the County of Los Angeles for specific
services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that:
1. That the Mayor and City Manager be authorized to
accept on behalf of the City of Diamond Bar Landscape
Districts 38, 39 and 41.
2. That all assets for Landscape Districts 38, 39
and 41 be transferred to the City of Diamond Bar.
3. That the City Manager be authorized to execute
all documents necessary to complete the transfer of Landscape
Districts 38, 39 and 41.

Diamond Bar, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Diamond Bar held on the 6th day of June , 1989,
and was finally passed at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Diamond Bar held on the rth day of ,lune ,
1989, by the following vote:
