A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF DIAMOND BAR,
COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE CONTRACTUAL SERVICES WITH THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES
FOR PLANNING SERVICES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1989-90
WHEREAS, the City of Diamond Bar was incorporated
April 18, 1989; and
WHEREAS, the City of Diamond Bar contracted interim
municipal services with the County of Los Angeles through June
30, 1989 as provided by the appropriate statutes; and
WHEREAS, the City of Diamond Bar desires to continue
contracting with the County of Los Angeles for specific
services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that:
1. The Mayor and City Clerk shall be authorized to
execute the Planning Services contract for the Fiscal Year
1989-90.
2. These services shall include:
a. Planning
b. Planning Advisor Services
3. The City Manager is authorized to make
reasonable modifications in the final contracts if necessary.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this j0711( day of

Diamond Bar, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Diamond Bar held on the 6th day of June , 1989,
and was finally passed at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Diamond Bar held on the 6th day of June Al
1989, by the following vote:
