A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DIAMOND BAR
PROVIDING FOR ENFORCEMENT OF CITY HEALTH ORDINANCES
AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ANY AGREEMENT KITH THE COUNTY OF
LOS ANGELES WITH RESPECT THERETO.
The City Council of the City of Diamond Bar does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1: The Mayor of the City of Diamond Bar is
hereby authorized to execute for and in behalf of the City of
Diamond Bar an agreement with the County Ordinances in the City
of Diamond Bar. A true and correct copy of said agreement is
attached hereto, reference to which is hereby made.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 2nd day of May, 1989.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing is a true and
correct copy of a resolution passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Diamond Bar at a regular meeting held
on the 2nd day of May, 1989 by the following vote:
