A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF DIAMOND BAR APPOINTING THE DIRECTOR OF
BUILDING AND SAFETY OF THE COUNTY OF
LOS ANGELES, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS CHIEF
BUILDING OFFICIAL OF THE CITY OF DIAMOND BAR.
A. Recitals.
(i) The City of Diamond Bar was incorporated on April
18, 1989 as a general law city of the State of California.
(ii) It is necessary that a Chief Building Official be
appointed immediately in order that the affairs of the City may
be properly administered.
B. Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
DIAMOND BAR DOES RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Director of Building and Safety of the County
of Los Angeles, or his designated and qualified representative,
is hereby appointed Chief Building Official of the City of
Diamond Bar.
2. The Chief Building Official above appointed shall
serve at the pleasure of the City Council.
3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 18th day of April, 1989.

Diamond Bar, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Diamond Bar held on the 18th day of April, 1989, and was
finally passed at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Diamond Bar held on the 18th day of April, 1989, by the
following vote:
