A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF DIAMOND BAR APPOINTING THE CHIEF ENGINEER
OF THE CONSOLIDATED FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT
OF THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES AS THE CITY FIRE
CHIEF FOR THE CITY OF DIAMOND BAR.
WHEREAS, Section 36505 of the Government Code
authorizes the City Council to appoint a Fire Chief;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DIAMOND
BAR DOES RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Chief Engineer of the Consolidated Fire
Protection District of the County of Los Angeles is hereby
appointed the Fire Chief of the City of Diamond Bar.
'-` 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 18th day of April, 1989.
