RESOLUTION NO. 89-12
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF DIAMOND BAR ADOPTING THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA DISASTER AND CIVIL DEFENSE MASTER
MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT.
The City Council of the City of Diamond Bar resolves as
WHEREAS, the Diamond Bar City Council does wish to
establish procedures for invoking mutual aid in times of an
emergency; and
WHEREAS, the State of California has adopted a
California Disaster and Civil Defense Master Mutual Aid Agreement
of November 15, 1950.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Diamond Bar City Council does
hereby accept and participate in any manner acceptable and
resolve to honor the State Mutual Aid Agreement.
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 18th day of April, 1989.

Diamond Bar, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City

was finally passed at a regular meeting of the City Council of
