A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF DIAMOND BAR AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO PREPARE, EXECUTE AND FILE THE
STATEMENT OF BOUNDARY CREATION REQUIRED BY
SECTION 54900 OF THE GOVERNMENT CODE OF THE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE UTILIZATION
OF THE REGULAR COUNTY ASSESSMENT ROLL AND
SPECIFYING THAT AFFECTED PROPERTY WILL BE
TAXED FOR ANY EXISTING BONDED INDEBTEDNESS OR
CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS.
WHEREAS, by reason of Section 34328 of the Government
Code of the State of California, the City Council of the City of
Diamond Bar is required to cause to be filed a Statement of
Boundary Creation required by Section 54900 of the Government
Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DIAMOND
BAR DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to prepare
and execute the Statement of Boundary Creation of the City of
Diamond Bar to file the same with all appropriate State and
County officials, and to pay any filing fee therefor as may be
required by Section 54902.5 of the Government Code.
2. The City of Diamond Bar shall utilize the regular
County Assessment roll of the County of Los Angeles, California.
3. Any affected property will be taxed for any
existing bonded indebtedness or contractual obligations.
4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.

introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Diamond Bar held on the 18th day of April, 1989, and was
finally passed at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Diamond Bar held on the 18th day of April, 1989, by the
following vote:
