A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF DIAMOND BAR ESTABLISHING THE DAY AND TIME
OF CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS.
A. Recitals.
(i) The California Government Code requires this
Council to establish the day and time of regular meetings of the
City Council.
(ii) This Council has heretofore adopted, as required
by law, an ordinance establishing the location of regular City
Council meetings.
B. Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Diamond
Bar does hereby resolve as follows:
1. Regular meetings of the City Council of the City
of Diamond Bar shall be held on the first and third Tuesdays of
each month at the hour of 6:00 p.m. unless the same shall be a
legal holiday, in which event such regular meeting shall be held
on the next succeeding calendar day.
2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 18th day of April, 1989.

Diamond Bar, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Diamond Bar held on the 18th day of April, 1989, and was
finally passed at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Diamond Bar held on the 18th day of April, 1989, by the
following vote:
