Of course would be believed that Edison has removed the evidence of tampering. All circuits and conduits are intact no work is needing to be performed to correct any issues of any kind in my believe to restore power to the home at this time. No visual signs of intercepting the single -line from Edison were found. Wall behind the panel is intact and has not been tampered with nor has the stucco beneath the panel. It would appear as the powers been stolen by jumping from the line side of the meter.to a breaker on the load side which have been removed prior to my inspection. I see no reason why the power should not be restored to the property and no further city inspections would be necessary as no work has been completed just a visual inspection and continuity test.
