WHEREAS,LOS ANGELES COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT, a body corporate and politic, has granted the City of Diamond Bar, a municipal corporation an easement for public street and slope purposes, more particularly described in the Grant of Easement attached hereto as Exhibit A; (ii.) WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed, approved and recommends acceptance of the Grant of Easement for Public Street and Slope purposes; and (iii.) WHEREAS, all legal prerequisites to the acceptance of this grant and the adoption of this resolution have occurred. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Diamond Bar does hereby find and determine as follows: That all of the facts set forth in the recitals of this resolution are true and correct. 2. The City Council of the City of Diamond Bar does hereby accept the Easement for Public Street and Slope Purposes attached hereto from the Los Angeles County Flood Control District and consents to recordation of this Easement for Public Street and Slope Purposes. 3.
