PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Mayor has called a special meeting of the Diamond
Bar City Council to take place In the Emergency Operation Center (EOC), City Hall,
21810 Copley Drive, Diamond Bar, California and to commence at 7:30 a.m. on
Wednesday, February 27, 2013 for the purpose of convening a closed session to
discuss personnel matters related to a position directly appointed by the Council. The
agenda for the special meeting with the item of business to be transacted or discussed
is set forth below.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA: Mayor
PUBLIC COMMENTS ON CLOSED SESSION ITEM: This time is reserved
to provide an opportunity for members of the public to address the Council on closed
session items. Please complete a Speaker's Card and give it to the City Clerk
(completion of this form is voluntary). There is a five-minute maximum time limit when
addressing the City Council.
