My apologies for the delay, as I have been out of the office. I drove out to the location and unfortunately, it is not a City banner on the pole. It belongs
to another public agency, so I cannot direct its removal to facilitate the camera. Another issue is that if we continue a bit further down the same street, it will lie outside the City’s
borders. I am open to other alternatives, but it turns out this one won’t work due to the banner issue.

Our technician was onsite this past Friday to install the camera, but the banner on the pole was still attached. According to our records, the city was responsible for its removal.
