Good afternoon,
Zack here from Flock Safety's Location Support team. I am contacting you again regarding camera #38 SB Brea Canyon Cut Off @ Diamond Canyon. Unfortunately, this LPR was recently spray-painted
again. I've attached a photo for reference. When we last spoke about this location in October, you'd mentioned that we would do one more LPR replacement, and then it may be time to
consider abandoning this camera location due to budgetary restraints.
If you still intend to abandon/churn this location, please let me know, and I will proceed accordingly.
Location/Damage Assessment (image(s) attached):
* Location: #38 SB Brea Canyon Cut Off @ Diamond Canyon
* Damaged Equipment: LPR [spray-painted]
Our technician was unaware of your intention to churn this location, so he recently replaced this LPR. I am not going to bill for this replacement, but I did want to let you know that
as of right now, this location is active and working as expected.
Please advise on/Next Steps:
* I've cc'd your CSM, Matthew Nicholass, to assist with the contractual side of things. Matthew recently took over as your CSM, but he is familiar with the ongoing vandalism to this
location. I will connect with him separately and see how I can best assist moving forward.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
Stay safe,
Zack
