Subject: 2514 Re ata & 2510 Re ata
Hi John,
I’ve been dealing with the two property owners at 2514 Reata Place and 2510 Reata Plac e. There is a privacy c onc ern
caused by the addition being c ons truc ted at 2514 Reata Place, and the City is trying to identify ways to m itigate the
concern and reach a res olution.
I c onduc ted an ins pec tion today and noticed that the trees adjacent to the addition had been cut. The HOA c onditions
explic itly state that the lands c aping must be preserved for s c reening. W hen I asked both owners separately about the
trees, each s tated that the other owner was responsible for cutting them.
Sinc e this was an HOA condition of approval, is the HOA able to assist with enforcing or addres s ing the landscaping
requirement?
Your assis tance is appreciated. Thank you,
