Hello Assistant City Manager McLean, Captain Tousey, and Analyst Gallegos,
I hope this email finds you well. My name is Matt, and I am your Customer Success Manager for Flock. I plan to be in your area, with your Account Executive, Louis Wershaw, on Tuesday
(3/3/26), to meet with LASD customers about Flock. Our goal is to meet you in person and answer any Flock questions you have. We will also be prepared to show you how the system operates
and address any concerns about sharing.
If your schedule permits, it would be great if we could meet with you sometime on Tuesday, in the afternoon, after 1:30 pm. If that time does not work for you, please let me know what
time works best.
We look forward to hearing from you and continuing our partnership.
Respectfully,
Matt
Matthew Nicholass
Customer Success Manager
