HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE_ FW_ Flock Safety - Recommending Tree Trimming at Location_ #17 SB Golden Springs Dr @ Ave RancherosGood afternoon,
The tree in question is a privately maintained tree. It would likely be easier to relocate the panel. Please let me know if this is a problem.

Hi there,
I have attached a picture of the foliage that our team found was obscuring the panel. It needs 4 hours of direct sunlight to charge the camera effectively.
I hope this helps! Please let us know once this is done.
Stay safe,
Rhianna

Good afternoon,
The Public Works team inspected the area and found no camera obstructions. The tree in the vicinity is well maintained and is not in contact with the panel. Would you please provide
more details about this issue so we can determine if there is anything to be done? Thank you.

Hi there,
An alert from one of your cameras indicated that trees/branches are in the immediate view of a Flock Safety camera. We recommend trimming the trees back from time to time so that the
solar panel and/or the camera has a clear line of sight towards the traffic lanes. If tree limbs are blocking the solar panel and/or the view of the camera, your camera may experience
a declining charge (due to constant motion capture) or register poor footage (due to trees in the way).
Hoping you can help by getting this taken care of.
