Hi there,
This is Alicia from the Flock Support Team reaching out to share an update. I have heard back from our team and they have advised that we can arrange a bucket truck which would result
in an additional cost. Unfortunately, it is not possible to have replaceable camera lenses. Please let me know how you would like to proceed.
I have looped in your Customer Success Manager Matthew (cc'd), to assist further with the cost breakdown.
You should hear back soon.
Stay safe,
Alicia

Hi there,
Thank you all for your quick response. Our Field Support wanted your opinion on moving the camera higher on the pole or if a relocation would be best. I have informed them that you are
interested in moving the camera higher.
I am not sure of the cost or if we would provide the bucket truck. I have asked our team your follow up questions and concerns and will update you once I have a response.
Stay safe,
Alicia

I would also reiterate the need of an approved replaceable camera lens. The vandalism issues are not unique to Diamond Bar and the cost of replacement will ultimately become too great
to continue replacing at these locations. That will reduce the effectiveness of the program.

If the bucket truck install higher is their recommendation. I beleive Ryan agrees we should do that.
Was your team suggesting a higher location but does not have the capabilities to mount higher?
If your team is unable to get higher without a bucket truck, we do not have one to offer/loan.
So if your team needs to rent one please advise us of the additional cost.
Replacement has had a high cost so a reasonable rental might be a good investment.

Can this location be moved to a higher point using the same model camera? If so, I would like to try that.
Your engineering team is correct that this location is a repeat vandalism target.
