1. Where would you like to relocate the camera? Please provide coordinates and/or a mark on an aerial view map.
2. Which direction of travel would you like to capture?
3. Is the camera going on an existing pole (light pole, utility pole, etc.) or a Flock pole?
4. Who is our point of contact for this relocation? Please provide their name and email.
5. Please note that if a permit is needed, we may request additional documentation. The permitting process may prolong the timeline.
We do not offer protective film or lenses for our cameras. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Nina here from Flock Safety Customer Support. While responding to an alarm for camera #03 SB Lemon Ave @ Walnut, the technician noticed that the location experienced third-party damage
as the lens was spray painted again (see attachments). We will need to replace the camera to ensure the location is functioning properly as soon as possible.
