Under the California Public Records Act (Gov. Code Section 7920.000 et seq.), please provide:
(1) Planning Commission Resolution No. PC 2018-17;
(2) the associated staff report;
(3) the application and approved plans; and
(4) any notice of public hearing and proof of mailed notice for that project.
Please also identify the Development Review criterion under Section 22A8.020 that required that
project to obtain Development Review.
