1 - Provide a response sheet that includes responses to each correction listed below.

2 - Correct the size of the existing home under "Area Tabulation." According to the LA County the Assessor's existing
home is 4,780 SF.

3 - Correct the size of the lot under "Area Tabulation." According to the LA County Assessor's parcel map, the lot size is
38,768 SF. Also revise lot coverage accordingly.

4 - Dimension the distance from the balcony to the neighboring structure on the adjacent lot to the north.
Dimension provided. See sheets A-0.
5 - Show that new windows shall match the existing windows in style, trim, and method of operation.
Noted on the plan see NEW WINDOW SCHEDULE, sheet A-2.
6 - Show on the eave detail the dimensions of the 2x10 fascia board and note that it will match the existing residence.
Detail revised as required, sheet A-2.
7- Specify all building and roofing material colors.
