1.Please provide a response sheet that includes responses to each correction listed below.
2.A-0 Correct the size of the existing home under “Area Tabulation.” According to the LA County
Assessor’s the existing home is 4,780 SF.
3.A-0 Correct the size of the lot under “Area Tabulation.” According to the LA County Assessor’s
parcel map, the lot size is 38,768 SF. Also revise lot coverage accordingly.
4.A-0 Dimension the distance from the balcony to the neighboring structure on the adjacent lot
to the north.
5.A-2, A-3 Show that new windows shall match the existing windows in style, trim, and method of
operation.
6.A-4 Show on the eave detail, the dimensions of the 2x10 fascia board and note that it will
match the existing residence.
7.A-5, A-6 Specify all building and roofing material colors.
