3.Why are you interested in being a Commissioner for the City of Diamond Bar?
My Family and I moved to Diamond Bar last year from Los Angeles, and we completely fell in love with our community. This city
provides lots of benefits for families like ours and also has great opportunities to grow from my perspective. ( I have lived more than
20 Cities in 3 different states in my life) I feel that the city of Diamond Bar is where our family will be rooted for a long term and
would love to get involved.
4.What makes you uniquely qualified to serve on a City Commission?
I've been working as a community mortgage officer for past 10 years, most of my duties I do everyday is getting involved with
community to help them to achieve their financial goals in many different ways. My knowledge in community service (in housing) is
top notch and I'd love to utilize it for my beloved Diamond Bar community. Another thing I've noticed about City of Diamond Bar is
that it is very diverse. I also advocate Asian community to represent and foster better culture for young generation.
5.What additional information would you like to share with the City Council about your qualifications for the City
Commissioner position?
I'm a mom. Recently I started one of classes that is hosting by city of Diamond Bar, Park and Recreation for youth. The program is
fun and well-structured. I'm a member of many moms and parents groups online and off-line as well. I'd love to provide feedback to
the City Council and be a liaison to community to facilitate stronger understanding and communication to each other.

in for over 20 years. It has always been my plan to be a commissioner once again as a way to give back to my community.

I have previous experience as a Parks & Rec Commissioner and my many years as a resident of Diamond Bar.

My family and I became proud residents of Diamond Bar in 2021, and our appreciation for this vibrant community has grown
immensely. My children, who attend elementary school here, and I have actively participated in many local activities, such as enjoying
the Snowfest, taking dance and drawing lessons at the Diamond Bar Center, attending summer camp field trips, and celebrating
special occasions in our beautiful parks. These experiences have deepened my connection to Diamond Bar and inspired my passion
for serving the community. Becoming a City Commissioner would provide me with the opportunity to give back by helping create
meaningful programs and events that bring residents and families together, fostering lasting connections and cherished memories.

I bring a unique combination of community involvement and professional expertise to the City Commission. As an active parent
volunteer, council member, and parent advisor within the WVUSD, I have firsthand experience collaborating with schools and parent
organizations to provide meaningful input and feedback on programs that impact our community. Professionally, as the owner of a

One of my key focuses is the unique relationship between our schools and parks, as many of Diamond Bar’s schools are adjacent to
park facilities. This proximity provides an excellent opportunity to create collaborative initiatives, such as regular school events, that
can integrate local businesses and encourage greater community engagement. My vision as a City Commissioner is to leverage these
connections to create vibrant, well-rounded programs that serve our residents while fostering a stronger, more connected community.
