Why are you interested in this position? I'm interested in the position(s) because I love the
City of Diamond Bar. I care about our city and its future. As a means of demonstrating
that care, I wish to continue to serve by being a part of a City Commission.
I'm interested because I want to give back to the community that I love.
Additionally, given my extensive 1'.:,e-'k ground in both residential and commercial real
estate and expertise in finance, i i)-eiieve I can make a meaningful contribution.
What do you consider to be your major qualifications?
I've served in the Traffic &Transportation
Commission for nearly 2 years. I have a strong background in Business Banking,
Real Estate, and Financial Analysis. But most importantly, I'm passionate about our city.
