I am sorry this location continues to be targeted. Yesterday, I met with Captain Tousey and discussed strategies to try and identify the vandalism suspect in this case. One suggestion
we are evaluating is to offer you a free pilot trial of two Flock live video cameras that our technicians will install nearby to help identify who is causing the damage. With your
permission, we will continue our process on getting a 60-day pilot project started. This could be a good opportunity where we partner to solve a crime where we are both victims.

#38 SB Brea Canyon Cut Off @ Diamond Canyon was replaced free of charge on 10/23/25.
* This LPR was found vandalized again on 11/17/25
* Our technician was unaware of the circumstances surrounding this location, so the LPR was replaced (again) on 11/17
I'm sorry #38 continues to be targeted. I will advise our Field Ops team to hold off on future replacements for this location until further notice since these newly installed LPRs are
being tarted again within a handful of days.
#27 EB Pathfinder Rd @ S Brea Canyon Rd is a new addition to this ticket, as it was discovered vandalized on 11/18.
* At present, this location is scheduled to be replaced on 12/1
* Based on this location's history, this will be the first replacement for #27.
* If you'd like to proceed with this replacement, I can offer a discounted replacement cost of $350 rather than the standard $800 replacement fee.
* If you would like to hold off for now, please let me know prior to 12/1, and I can have the work order placed on hold for the time being.
Please let me know how you'd like to proceed with location #27.

I wanted to let you know that we received another Field Damage Report showing that another location had been spray-painted. Here is a recap of outstanding issues broken down by location.
#38 SB Brea Canyon Cut Off @ Diamond Canyon:
* This location was found spray-painted again on 11/17.
* This is the 6th such instance at this location. I have looped in your CSM, Matthew Nicholass, for the next steps here.
* You'd recently stated that you may need to abandon this location. If there are any relocation options on the table, we will do our best to make this work within your budget.
#27 EB Pathfinder Rd @ S Brea Canyon Rd:
* This location was found spray-painted yesterday (11/18).
* Based on our records, I am seeing that this is the first time that this location has been targeted.
* Our Field Ops team is currently scheduled to re-visit this location on 12/1 to install a new LPR

Thank you for the update on this. I haven't done one either, and will try to prevent this from turning into a churn. Hopefully, we can talk to the customer about it and maybe relocate
