I wanted to let you know that we received another Field Damage Report showing that another location had been spray-painted. Here is a recap of outstanding issues broken down by location.
#38 SB Brea Canyon Cut Off @ Diamond Canyon:
* This location was found spray-painted again on 11/17.
* This is the 6th such instance at this location. I have looped in your CSM, Matthew Nicholass, for the next steps here.
* You'd recently stated that you may need to abandon this location. If there are any relocation options on the table, we will do our best to make this work within your budget.
#27 EB Pathfinder Rd @ S Brea Canyon Rd:
* This location was found spray-painted yesterday (11/18).
* Based on our records, I am seeing that this is the first time that this location has been targeted.
* Our Field Ops team is currently scheduled to re-visit this location on 12/1 to install a new LPR
* Please let me know if there is any reason we should hold off on that replacement.
Replacement Cost:
If you would like to proceed with this replacement, I can offer a discounted replacement cost:.
* LPR replacement: $350
* This is a 56.25% discount from the standard $800 replacement fee
Next Steps:
* Please let me know if we should proceed with the 12/1 site visit, or if you'd prefer to place the work order on hold for the time being.

Thank you for the update on this. I haven't done one either, and will try to prevent this from turning into a churn. Hopefully, we can talk to the customer about it and maybe relocate
the camera to another location across town. Let's see what they say.

I wanted to loop you in here; this location for Diamond Bar (#38 SB Brea Canyon Cut Off @ Diamond Canyon) has been vandalized at least 6 times throughout 2025. We replaced the LPR in
late October, and earlier today were notified that the LPR was spray-painted again. Last I spoke with the CX, he expressed interest in churning this location due to budgetary restraints
caused by the repeated vandalism.... so I fully expect his reply to be something along the lines of a chun request.
I have not encountered a churn request yet in my time here at Flock, so if there is anything I need to do throughout the process, please let me know.

again. I've attached a photo for reference. When we last spoke about this location in October, you'd mentioned that we would do one more LPR replacement, and then it may be time to
consider abandoning this camera location due to budgetary restraints.
If you still intend to abandon/churn this location, please let me know, and I will proceed accordingly.
