My name is Zack, and I am with Flock's Location Support team. We received a ticket yesterday that one of your cameras has been damaged, but I do not see which location it was. I did
some digging, and I'm wondering if it is camera location #38 SB Brea Canyon Cut Off @ Diamond Canyon. Based on past support tickets, it does appear that this location has been vandalized
multiple times, most recently in August.
Please let me know if #38 has been damaged/vandalized again. If so, I want to loop in your CSM since we are looking at multiple instances of the same location being vandalized. I know
these replacements are tedious and expensive, and I do apologize for the inconvenience.
