Rate and Fee Schedule
RKA Consulting Group is pleased to provide this Rates and Fee Schedule for Professional On-Call Traffic and Transportaion Engineering Services.
Subconsultants: All charges for subcontracted services shall be in the same amounts as actually invoiced to and paid by the engineer plus an allowable percentage markup of fifteen percent (15%).
Annual Rate Adjustment: These rates will remain in effect for the first 3 years of the contract period. Annually thereafter if the contract is extended, the rates may be adjusted based on the Los Angeles-Long Beach-Anaheim Consumer Price Index (CPI), with any increase not to exceed 5% annually. In the event the CPI for a particular year is negative, compensation shall remain at the then-current rates.
