Other Direct Costs: Outside Printing/Reproduction, Delivery Services/USPS, Misc.
Field Equipment/Supplies, and Travel Expenses will be billed at actual cost. Mileage
will be billed at the Federal Rate.
Sub-Consultants will be billed at 10% mark-up, or per the Contract.
For each Task Order issued under the On-Call, staff will be billed within the
appropriate category range shown above, based on their role, responsibilities, and
classification at the time services are performed.
The category ranges are structured to provide the City access to a broad range of
experienced professionals, allowing work to be assigned to the most appropriate
level of expertise to support efficient delivery, consistent quality, and cost-effective
outcomes across all assignments.
