RE: Proposal to Provide On-Call Traffic and Transportation Engineering Services
Dear Mr. Malpica,
AGA Engineers, Inc. (AGA) is pleased to respond to the City of Diamond Bar's Request for Proposal (RFP),
dated February 24, 2026 to provide for On-Call Traffic and Transportation Engineering Services to the City. As instructed in the RFP, we are submitting our Fee Proposal via PlanetBids. Our Technical Proposal is being submitted
as a separate file. Our rates are all inclusive for services rendered. All direct and indirect costs (i.e., mileage, equipment,
materials, reproduction and printing, etc.) are included in our fees. Rates will remain fixed for the first three years of
the contract. AGA guarantees that all contents of this proposal shall be valid for a period of 120 calendar days from the date of
this submittal.

Schedule of Hourly Rates
Effective January 1, 2026
Our rates are all inclusive fee for services rendered. All direct and indirect costs (i.e., mileage, equipment,
materials, reproduction and printing, etc.) are included in our fees. These rates shall remain fixed for the
first three years of the contract.

Conditions of Usage: The above rates are typically effective for a 12-month period, but AGA maintains the right to
change the billing rates at any time for convenience of record keeping. Therefore, all billings will always be at
the then current billing rates. This will not affect any agreed upon total or not-to-exceed fees.
