Good morning Ken & Ryan,
Yes, there are a few items on the roadmap for our Product Team that would help reduce the impact to equipment, which in turn would reduce the cost customers incur by replacements and
the truck rolls on our end. Having replaceable lenses wasn't on our product board. I've gone ahead and submitted the request to our Product Team. Thank you for calling that out.
I've checked the Flock Network, and unfortunately, I'm not seeing any images as to the vandal. I can confirm this appears to be the first impact of vandalism to this location. Regarding
overlapping camera coverage, and broader discussions, I've gone ahead and cc'd your CSM, Mr. Sam Meyer.

third-party damage as the camera was spray-painted (see attachment). We will need to replace the equipment to ensure the location is functioning properly as soon as possible. Please
