Please review and provide the requested information in accordance with the California Public Records Act.
Requested Information: Dear City Clerk,
I am writing to supplement my California Public Records Act request No. 2026-234, submitted on June 24, 2026, regarding Permit No. PR20250001558 at 1470 S. Valley Vista Drive, Unit
204, Diamond Bar, CA 91765.
In an email dated June 25, 2026, Building Official Raymond Tao confirmed that the sealing of Unit 204's original side-entry corridor door is shown on Sheet D1.0 (Demolition Plan) and
Sheet A1.0 (Architectural Floor Plan) of the approved plans submitted under Permit No. PR20250001558.
I respectfully request that my prior CPRA request be supplemented to specifically include:
(a) Sheet D1.0 (Demolition Plan) of the approved plans for Permit No. PR20250001558; and
(b) Sheet A1.0 (Architectural Floor Plan) of the approved plans for Permit No. PR20250001558.
Please include these sheets in the responsive documents provided under CPRA Request No. 2026-234.
