There have been a flurry of emails going back and forth this morning between Raymond and the property owner. I just assigned the request below to B&S, Planning and Neighborhood Improvement.

Please review and provide the requested information in accordance with the California Public Records Act.
Requested Information: I am the owner of Unit 203 at 1470 S. Valley Vista Drive, Diamond Bar, CA 91765. I request copies of all public records related to building permit activities at
Unit 204 of the same address, including but not limited:
1. All permit applications, submitted architectural plans, and construction drawings for Unit 204 from January 2025 to present
2. All correction notices, correction lists, and inspector field notes associated with any active permit for Unit 204
3. All Planning Division review records for any Unit 204 permit, including records confirming whether the application was submitted to Planning for review under Resolution No. 2014-13

4. All inspection records including dates, inspector names, and results
5. All communications between Building & Safety and LA County Fire Department regarding Unit 204
6. Records confirming whether the permanent sealing of Unit 204's original corridor entry door was included in the permit scope
7. Records confirming whether the installation of a new 72-inch double door at the corridor end wall — which now serves as Unit 204's sole entry point — was included in the permit scope,
and whether this new entrance configuration was reviewed for compliance with egress requirements and Resolution No. 2014-13 Condition 25
8. Records confirming whether fire extinguisher relocation was approved by LA County Fire Department under Resolution No. 2014-13 Condition 27
9. All written communications between Building Official Raymond Tao and any City department, division, or official regarding any permit or inspection at 1470 S. Valley Vista Drive
