liabilities, damages, and demands, including reasonable attorney’s fees, resulting
from breach of any warrant, to person and property hereunder and seller, customer
and driver agree to be responsible for damage to the vehicle when loading or
unloading scrap materials.

I have a right to sell same, and that all State redemption material listed is in
fact valid State redemption material and that for payment received in full, hereby
acknowledged, I sell and convey title of same to the recycler. I warrant that this
material does not contain any hazardous substance as defined by federal and/or
state law, and I agree to indemnify buyer if this is untrue. I declare under perjury
that the foregoing is true and correct.
