Hi Tara, Regarding, Tallywood, yes they have services. Jeanette started services with (1) centralized container as they were not interested in any more than that. For 770 Pinefalls, Steve’s Heating & Air Conditioning, this account falls under Walnut jurisdiction and NOT Diamond Bar. Can you confirm if this is correct? Yes, we can see about analyzing the reported information and data to have it ready for the meeting on 11/21. Thank you, Christopher W. Recycling Specialist Lead Valley Vista Services, Inc. However, this is an early assessment based on the raw data. After you all break it down, it may not be so. We are at over 50% diversion for the quarter city wide as of 3rd Quarter with the existing 3rd Party Diversion. Is the concern that the 3rd Party number will be going down after the latest site visits? Just to confirm, is Tallywood also in compliance? I know I sent Jeanette an extension for this HOA, so please let me know if this is still necessary. Regarding the diversion assessment, would you or your team be able to analyze the data and provide a breakdown report similar to the format of the attached initial assessment report? This would help identify the expected monthly poundage for the quarterly reports moving forward. Additionally, I’m concerned that the current low response rate from the third-party diversion program may impact VVS’s ability to reach the 50% diversion requirement for state compliance. It would be helpful if we could discuss strategies to close this gap and explore additional initiatives to help us meet these compliance goals at our November meeting. Thank you very much for your assistance. I am happy to report that all the accounts are in compliance! Jeanette has finished providing services to the remaining HOAs. If there are any accounts that still have a pending waiver, please let me know. I have also attached the report of the third-party diversion assessment. 11 customers have completed it. We received an additional five submissions after we sent out the email the other week which is wonderful to see. We will make sure to include Jeanette at the next meeting so she can provide any additional updates. Have a good weekend! Thank you, Christopher W. In the meantime, could you please provide an updated report by 11/8 of any accounts that remain out of compliance, as the October 31st deadline has now passed. I would like to request that Jeannette attend our next meeting to provide an update on our compliance progress, specifically regarding HOAs, the workshop initiatives, and the kitchen pail distribution process. I would like her to also include an update on the reassessment for waivers previously issued to accounts with recent ownership or name changes. I believe the one highlighted account below have had their waivers approved: Waiver Type Business Name Business Address Sta De Minimis Starling Office Holding, LLC. 750 Diamond Bar NAME CHANGE to W-Wor De Minimis YMT Global 20460 Yellow Brick NAME CHANGE to EZ FINT De Minimis IEI Trading Inc 770 Pinefalls NEW BUSINESS STEVE's HEA De Minimis Six Scents, LLC 21950 Copley Drive NEW BUSINESS CALL THE C De Minimis kdc/one Socal Laboratories, LLC 20501 Earlgate Street NEW BUSINESS V MANUFAC De Minimis City Ocean International Inc 1350 Valley Vista Drive NEW BUSINESS OVERCLOC The deadline for the initial round of third-party diversion assessments has also passed. Please provide a report by 11/18 of the responses received so far, along with any supporting documentation. At our November meeting, we’ll discuss a strategy for reaching out to any remaining businesses that haven’t responded to our letters or email notifications. For fourth-quarter reporting and beyond, please incorporate this most recent data in your diversion reporting. I am requesting we move our November meeting to 11/21, as 11/28 is a holiday. Thank you for your ongoing efforts and support.
