RE: New Waste Collection Provider
Dear City of Diamond Bar Business or Property Manager:
Beginning Monday, September 1, 2025, WM is proud to begin providing commercial trash, recycling, and organic waste collection services to the City of Diamond Bar’s multi-family customers
and businesses. While new service rates will take effect Monday, September 1st, collection will begin Tuesday, September 2nd, as Monday is a holiday.
Your day(s) of service and service level will remain unchanged for now. However, due to new California State Law (Senate Bill 1383), WM must ensure your property complies with the updated
regulations. Starting September 2025, WM Recycling Representatives will work with you directly to confirm you have the correct level of service and make changes if necessary.
WM will send its first invoice for commercial services in October. You will receive your final invoice from your current provider in September for August 2025 services. We kindly ask
that you review your WM invoice to confirm your account and service details are accurate, as they were set up using information from your current provider. If any corrections or updates
are needed, please contact WM Customer Care Center.
