RE: New Waste Collection Provider
Dear City of Diamond Bar Business or Property Manager:
Beginning Monday, September 1, 2025, WM is proud to begin providing commercial trash, recycling, and organic waste collection services to the City of Diamond Bar’s multi-family customers
and businesses.
As you may have noticed already, WM is currently in the process of delivering new commercial containers. If you have not received your new container(s), please continue using your existing
one(s). If you have already received your new WM container(s), your current service provider will continue servicing them. WM will begin collection services on Tuesday, September
2, 2025, as Monday, September 1st, is a holiday.
In the coming months, WM and the City of Diamond Bar will host in-person and virtual educational workshops on California’s new-mandatory recycling laws, such as Senate Bill 1383, which
may impact your property’s level of service. WM Recycling Representatives will work with you directly to ensure your new service is compliant with State Law. We kindly ask that you
visit the City’s website or QR Code below for more information about the upcoming workshops: https://www.diamondbarca.gov/2025wastehaulers
WM will continue to provide updates and additional information. We are very excited to serve you and continue helping Diamond Bar be as clean and green as possible.
