Please do not place items out for pick-up without scheduling and
receiving a confirmation for your bulky item pick-up.

California Penal Code 374.3 makes illegal dumping on public and private
property punishable by a fine up to $10,000.
As a way to keep our communities safe and clean, Valley Vista Services (VVS) provides bulky item pick-
up services. If you have appliances, furniture, electronic waste, or other large items to dispose of, please
schedule an "On-Call Bulky Item Pick-Up" with our customer service department today.
Items accepted, but not limited to:
VVS will not accept construction or demolition material such as wood, asphalt, concrete,
automotive parts, batteries, hazardous waste, or liquids.
Have residents contact HOA property management to schedule a pickup.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE PLACED NEAR UNIT GARAGE
1.Submit a bulky item pick-up request online at ValleyVistaServices.com/Bulky-Item.
2.Email an Itemized list to vvsbulky@myvvs.com.
3.Call our customer service department at (626) 855-5501
Requests must be received at least 24 hours in advance to ensure pick-up
on your next scheduled service day.
