Residential Carts:
WM is currently reviewing bids from vendors specializing in cart removal and delivery. A key criterion is their capability to collect WM’s carts at the rate outlines in VVS transition
plan. It will be important that WM carts are removed after they are serviced as it will maximize the trucks storage capacity. Below are WM’s service day maps. To better assist VVS,
these maps include route numbers, number of stops, and the number of lifts. WM guarantees it will be prepared to begin collecting carts Monday, June 2, 2025, at the rate route outlined
in VVS’ transition plan.
There will be several moving pieces throughout this transition. We believe holding a weekly call between WM and VVS throughout the transition will be beneficial to our mutual success.
