• Complete the Recycling Plan on page two of the application.
• Up to ten (10) bins of various sizes may be requested to start a program. However, no
more than one (1) rollout or five (5) large recycling containers may be requested.
• Additional and/or replacement bins must be purchased at company expense.
• Only ten (10) applications will be approved per Fiscal Year (July 1 June 30).
