8/15/2025: CityGreen's M. Byrne visited store, distributed City's new program-transition Notice to staff Asst Kelly for forwarding to Store General Mgr Martin; 8/26/2025: follow-up phone
call with Martin, who stated they still utilize Abound and ChowMatch. Advised us to contact Becky at Abound to confirm; 8/27/2025: Spoke with Amanda at Abound who informed they are
no longer the FRO for Market World since contract with City expired; 9/3/2025: Follow-up phone conversation with Martin to inform him they need to find new FRO to work with.
At 2024 inspection Mary indicated they want to change providers due to some issues in service. 2025 inspection with Ron.
Sustainability Head at Headquarters (MN), WM Representative Contact Infromation from VVS. At last inspection, indicated no longer working with Feeding America (World Blessings). They

required documents. He did find out that St Johns is a partner with the LA Food Bank and the food bank is a partner agency with Feeding America. 5/20 Sent Pete a request for their April
pounds.

to their Chow Match account so he can pull up the required documents. He has still not posted any donations as they receive credits from their vendors.

reach out regarding their agreement. He actually got back to me and was able to get a copy of the full agreement and we scheduled their inspection for 5/9. 5/9 Did their inspection
with Mary and they now have their full agreement onsite. I provided her a log so she can keep everything on one sheet rather than having a seperate sheet for each donation.

program transition notice and "SB 1383 Food Recovery for Businesses" CalRecycle educational material to the e-mail sent.
8/15: CityGreen Consulting visited on-site to distribute physical copy of EFG Transition Notice to assistant on-duty manager Kelly to forward to Store Manager Martin. Also left them
"SB 1383 Food Recovery for Businesses" CalRecycle educational material and business card. Advised them they need to establish program promptly to avoid eventual fines.

9/3/2025: CityGreen's M. Byrne reached Owner Mr. Gohtra by phone. Explained they need to initiate food donation program to comply with state law; he replied they already have. When asked
who they donate food to, Mr. Gohtra stated "City already has everything (documentation) needed, so check with City and don't bother" them. I stated I would do so, but will be following-up
by e-mail with him for anything needed.
