2024 inspection performed with Pete. They still donate to Project 29:11 but also now donate to St Johns Church; Requesting Agreement. St Johns is under Feeding America, so it would be
the same contract.
Inspection performed with Martin (General Manager); Nothing to donate yet, they are signed up with Chow Match (has contract on file) and can donate if needed.
Receives Credit from Vendors for sending back uneaten food.
8/15/2025: CityGreen's M. Byrne visited store, distributed City's new program-transition Notice to staff Asst Kelly for forwarding to Store General Mgr Martin; 8/26/2025: follow-up phone
call with Martin, who stated they still utilize Abound and ChowMatch. Advised us to contact Becky at Abound to confirm; 8/27/2025: Spoke with Amanda at Abound who informed they are
no longer the FRO for Market World since contract with City expired; 9/3/2025: Follow-up phone conversation with Martin to inform him they need to find new FRO to work with.
At 2024 inspection Mary indicated they want to change providers due to some issues in service. 2025 inspection with Ron.
Sustainability Head at Headquarters (MN), WM Representative Contact Infromation from VVS. At last inspection, indicated no longer working with Feeding America (World Blessings). They
have new contract on site and are logging pounds donated with Manager Rayveion. 2025 inspection with Rayveion.

They may meet seating threshold but operationally, they are small. They should sign up (obtain contract) to comply. NEW VENDOR RECENTLY MOVED IN.
Grand Opening on 4/20/2024. AFC reaching out to schedule a meeting. Initial communication in April 2024.
Nov- Received push back from Mark (GM), about having an inspection done. CODB is reaching out county to ensure efforts are not duplicated.
LA County will maintain compliance.
Per 7/3/24 meeting, they do not meet any criteria to be required to comply. Removed from List.
March- Spoke with Vanity, they are seeking an agency to support all their locations. This will be done on a corporate level.
Nov- Still working on contract for location in SoCal. They now have Careit App for all regional locations.
