Valley Vista Services (VVS) is honored to have the opportunity to serve your community as
your new residential waste hauler. We are committed to providing reliable, efficient, and
environmentally responsible service, and we look forward to working with you to keep your
neighborhood clean and thriving.
We are writing to inform you that, starting September 25, 2025, your service day will be
changing from Monday to Friday. This adjustment is part of our ongoing route optimization
efforts to enhance efficiency and better serve your community. To ensure a smooth
transition, during the week of September 22, we will service your carts on Monday, September
22, and Friday, September 26. After which your regular service day will be Fridays.
Please ensure your carts are placed out for service by Thursday evening for Friday collection,
or no later than 6:00 AM on Friday.
As this is an HOA master-billed account, residents are not responsible for direct billing. All
service requests—such as bulky item pickups, household hazardous waste collection, and
cart exchanges—must be submitted by your HOA property manager on your behalf.
